The Dulles Greenway is a six-lane privately owned toll road, extending fourteen miles from Leesburg, Virginia to the Dulles International Airport and the Dulles Toll Road. The Greenway is the first private toll road in Virginia since 1816. During the construction of the Greenway, Autostrade International provided consulting support in the areas of toll collection equipment selection and testing, telecommunications, and development of standard operating procedures.

The Greenway incorporates "smart" highway technology, including electronic toll collection through the automatic vehicle identification system (AVI) and credit card payment availability at unmanned tollbooths. Since the Greenway's dedication on September 29, 1995, Autostrade International of Virginia O& M, Inc. has been the sole provider of operations and maintenance service.
